Businiess name:  Samui Thai Cuisine

Review content:
This is a down to earth family style traditional Thai restaurant. It's not fusion or dumbed down. Seattle has a multitude of Thai restaurants and after having many overly sweet meals we found Samui. Samui's food is traditional Thai. The food is hearty and well balanced flavor wise and lip numbingly spicy if that's what you want. I order things at a 3 (of 4) level spicy when I'm feeling daring and 2 when I'm not and I like hot food. The Tom Yum soup is outstanding, nicely balanced with lime, chili and lemongrass. The pad thai is perfect. The spring rolls have the best skin I've ever had on a roll and the curries are divine. Friendly service... and a nice outdoor deck to sit on and let your kids run around. Pros: Food, Service, Price
