We had the AC Pro installed, as opposed to Maytag, turns out it's the same unit but $600 cheaper. The two installers did a decent job and completed the job in 2 days - just didn't come the 2nd day at the time they said they would. Left me waiting.
We live in a 2 level SFR and had the thermostat moved upstairs due to the 2nd level retaining heat big time. Our bedroom faces west and retains a great deal of heat, sits above garage. To move the thermostate was suggested by John and was a good idea!
The new A/C is definitely working well now that we are experiencing the current heatwave and isn't too noisy. I would recommend Family Heat & Air.
