So psyched! This is a new place that just opened in my neighborhood. They serve Belgian style waffles, local micros, and Euro-style imports. Plus wine and champagne. They take the waffle to amazing places. The menu is a variety of sweet and savory options. My favorite is a toss-up between the Grilled Cheese and the Yogurt w/ Fruit. I've noticed that they're always adding interesting special waffles too. My favorite part, though, is the art gallery. They have really interesting shows and the whole environment is creative and comfortable. They also screen films and have hip music playing. I'll be there all the time.
Pros: waffles/art/beer
