Review content:
Everything seemed ok at first.. then we had the rudest dr. ever.. Chritianson. I took off work to be at the sonogram with my wife.. as she asked to make sure it was happenning before I did take off. We showed up and they said.. umm what sonogram?! Christianson had my wife in tears refusing to give her the sonogram. After a little bit of a heated situation, finally they agreed. The rest of the staff seemed pretty nice at that time.. and they even mailed us a certificate for a free sonagram as an apology. This seemed great! I thought well... a little hiccup, but hey maybe it was just a bad day. We were told we could use it for any of our sonograms anytime.\r

While some of this was going on.. I was sitting in the lobby listening to the people at the counter bash some of the patients that were calling in. It sort of rubbed me the wrong way, but I figured ahh whatever high schoolish stuff.. maybe the lady who looks 30 is really 17!! lol\r

Anyways.. all of this is mostly minor.. alhtough my wife was pretty upset about the whole sonogram issue. Now comes the kicker.\r

So shes goes in for her next appt. The office manager tells her she has to settle this bill before she can see the doctor. Sounds semi reasonable.. but the manager was very pushy.. almost insistent my wife not use the voucher. My wife wanted to use the free sonogram voucher, but she kept insisting that she use it later. After the fact we know why. After my wife comes home, she decides to call up and use the voucher on the bill. Well they have already charged her card, and she did give it to them as she didnt want to argue and was excited to see the doctor. I mean everyone wants to make sure there baby is ok.. :) So they will not reverse the charge. They made up a lie about a fee the insurance charges. We called the insurance company and they said there is no fee.. just takes a minute for them to fax over a change and another minute for them to reverse the charge. We called back up, a few times.. and every time the people on the phone were basically saying ""tough luck"". One even admitted they would only let us use the voucher if we started a payment plan(in other words they want money to use a free voucher)!! They have hung up on us, lied saying they are in meeting... they have even told us now the office manager doesnt work there anymore!! The last one was.. if you keep calling we will remove you as a patient!! I figured they would have already realized by now we arent coming back..lol\r

I would be afraid to use this company, not only because of the lying and unprofessionalism.. but anyone who manages a business like this wont be around long. Theres alot more but the story was already long enough. If you use these people good luck!!!
