I had a laundry dry well issue on emergency basis and Roto Rooter Plumbers came within less than 2 hours and I live in the Lake Grove/Ronknonkoma area. After Technician fixed the pipes on the inside of the house, he had to return to find the dry well in the ground. He was precise and accurate with hism measurements and found the location of the drain. He estimnated it to be 5 feet from the house and was correct. He had to remove pavers from a walkway to jack hammer concrete and I am thoroughly amazed on how neat and organized he was. He worked neatly and gingerly to remove the pavers w/o breaking a single one and carefully jack hammerred the concrete. Then he dug cleanly and neatly and found the dry well...He aired out the drain my running a pipe into the top and now I have access from the outside whcih I did not have before...the pavers were returned and it now lookls lke no work was ever done, but I know where the drain is....So happy that he found the drain...again spokw with on the phone as he did the work step by step.
