This C-store is just south of Interstate 80 @ the Kearney, Ne exit and also adjacent to the Holiday Inn Express. I have purchased things from this store for the past 3-years since I travel throughout central and western Nebraska. On 5/8/2012 I purchased bottled water, soda, and Jack Links peppered beef jerky. When I got back to my hotel room I opened the package and the jerky was completely dried out and not edible. I returned to this store for an exchange or refund. The clerk called the manager at home. They refused to exchange/refund this worthless product since it didn’t have 1) Mold on it; and, 2) The expiration date was not for another 10-months. Very poor customer service!!!!!! This C-store is branded by VALERO, and the way I have been treated seems to be definitely against this national corporation. For those travelers on I-80 I would avoid this worthless C-store!!!! Although I was out a $3.00 (same size package at Wal-Mart sells for $1.25), WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND!!!!
