yes...the first appt was fine. \r
they did the orange oil thing...we still have termites..\r
we have a contract with them for 3yrs. \r
they are supposed to spot checks when we call, but they seem to not know what's going on when they get follow up calls. i made an appt...great, they were supposed to come.....they didnt' show and didn't call. \r
2nd time, rescheduled. did they show? no! \r
i had to call them! with every appt you have to wright down who you spoke to, cuz they are clueless, and they don't apologize...the wors for appts!!! go elsewhere!
