I'm originally from back east so I've had real NYC Pizza (just last weekend actually), Big Pizza in Adams Morgan (DC) and the Italian Store Pizza (Arlington, VA). This is the best pizza I've had in Portland thus far. Thin enough that you need 2 hands to hold a slice. Could be a little greasier:) A full pie is a bit pricey but 1 or 2 slices will fill you up. Would recommend that they serve a White Pizza (Garlic and Olive Oil) with slices of tomatoes. Yummy.
Pros: Closest to east coast pizza
Cons: Bit pricey but not so bad for just slices
