I decided to go to see the Early showing of Kung Fu Panda 2 in 3-D with my 5 year old daughter. The showing was supposed to start at 12:05 and we arrived at 11:15 and were told that they didnt open until 11:30 so I went and sat in the car until then. So we return to knock on the door and it was still locked while the staff refused to open the door.They finally open the door at 11:45 and we proceeded to get snack and ctach the previews. We get into the movie and it was to start at 12:05 but did not begin until 12:30. Then midway through the movie the power goes out and for about 10 minutes theres no movie and they preoceed to rewind the movie to where it was before the cut off. It was a horrible experience and The Manager and General Manager are horrible and need a course in Management Training and Customer Service. Avoid this dump at all cost and go to North Hills or even Six Forks Station.
