THIS IS A DEFINITE RANT. DO NOT, WHATEVER THE SITUATION MAY BE, BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL. THE ROOMS SMELL, THEY'RE DIRTY AND THE STAFF IS COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING REDEEEMING THAT I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS HOTEL. \r

I IMMEDIATELY CHECKED OUT UPON CHECKING IN AND WAS NOT OFFERED AN APOLOGY BUT RATHER REMINDED THAT IT WAS A 2 STAR HOTEL - A FACT THAT IS NOT STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. UPON ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH THE GENERAL MANAGERS. CURRENTLY, AFTER FOUR ATTEMPTS IN THE LAST 2 DAYS I'VE NOT RECEIVED EVEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!!!!\r

THE WEBSITE IS TOTALLY MISLEADING. THE ROOMS DO NOT LOOK THAT WAY. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT STAY AT THIS AWFUL, SMELLY, DIRTY HOTEL.
