I totally agree with""East Wenatchee"" too.They have the worst customer service around. They tell you one thing and don't do it. I have ran back to the store for a part for my fireplace a couple times, telling me they would have it ready to pick up and when I get there they give me an excuse they don't have it. Don't wait for a call from them either. I think they try to forget you. I called the owner and now he is telling me that""I lost the part"" that was never in the delivery. He more or less told me he wasn't going to resolve the problem or give me my money back. I will never go back to this store and I will tell friends to stay clear of it unless you want bad customer service and frustration.
