Review content:
They seem great until you plunk down $7000 for a hot tub and then they don't service it. They don't return calls, or get you scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, and they miss over half their appointments, and then they don't fix the hot tub. Reviews I just read on other sites indicate they are the same for fireplaces, too. \r
\r
Cam, the manager, provides only excuses about his staff, and then wines that he works 80 hours per week, and only makes $20K. \r
\r
Don't get fooled by the sales stuff. I called them 6 months ago to tell them about an issue, and after following up with them diligently and politely for six months, they charged me $1200 to get my hot tub still not working. \r
\r
Cam claimed that they are better with fireplaces, and spas is just a small part of their business. I'm guessing they tell their fireplace clients just the opposite. Steer clear!
