Review content:
They came to my house to diagnose my projection screen and give me an estimate on a repair- this cost $85. Scott told me specifically that the voltometer in my samsung was broken and needed repaired and he estimated this to cost 400-500. He was very thorough in explaining this problem to me and portrayed himself as confident in his diagnosis. At no time was I given an impression that they would have to further diagnose the television in the shop or that this was just a ?guess?. \r
\r
We took it in and they told my husband that the don't need the remote the first week but they'll need it the second week so they can reprogram the TV. AFTER 1 MONTH my husband called to check on it--the secretary didn't know anything and didn't call back with any answers. So he went in and Scott (the owner) said that our tv was waiting in line. They hadn't diagnosed it yet? They hadn't repaired anything and they told him he could just pick it up - at that time my husband did not tell them he would be taking it. \r

When I called i asked to speak with Scott, I very patiently and professionally told him I didn't understand why they were still diagnosing it when he specifically told me what was wrong the day he came out. He replied ""well maybe it was just too long ago, but I'm not going to argue with you, when we come out it's just a service call to see if something minor is wrong"" Then he told me that he didn't have to take this and he already closed up the unit and I can come and get it (we didn't ask him to do that either!) (I also don't understand 'what he didn't have to ?take' we weren't rude at all we just questioned them about what they weren't doing with our tv) So I asked to speak with the owner--to which he replied ""I am the owner"" I proceeded to tell him "" I don't understand how you can be in business for 52 years operating this way and your service to this point has been shotty at best (He hung up on me in the middle of that speech!
Pros: At first they gave the impression that they were knowledgeable and reliable.
Cons: Poor Comunication, Bad Temper, Unprofessional
