Review content:
I had a massage with Kevin as well and I loved the pressure on my back to get all the knots out. However, after he finished massaging my legs (near the end of the massage), he nicely smoothed out the towel so it was all in place, patted my crotch (no, I am NOT mistaken as to the location) and asked if I 'wanted to be touched there'. I know that there are many different styles of massages (and I've had many different kinds), but this was not a cultural misunderstanding of any sorts. The receptionist dismissed my claim as a miscommunication or accident (it most certainly was deliberate) and maybe when the manager comes back from vacation in a month I might get a call... I am not an untruthful person and am very openminded, but this - the action itself and the way Whole Health Wellness Center dealt with it - was completely unacceptable.
