My partner and I visited the spa for massage and body treatments. The therapists are very talented!! The massages were absolutely wonderful. I cannot say the same for the body treatments; they DO NOT have a Wet Room. We had to shower off the ""scrub"" in a separate shower room. It totally interrupted the flow of the whole experience. I made an attempt to voice my disappointment and was greeted by ""the customer service manager"". I found Dorette Summer extremely plastic. She does not fit the ""Spa"" culture. Every word that was uttered was extremely rehearsed & insincere. In turn, we left the spa without expressing the good and bad of our experience. Pros: skilled therapists Cons: tiny waiting area = louge area, waiting area & refreshment table = cramped quarters, no locker room
