Review content:
1 massage & facial as a gift from a friend, and once for waxing. Had to wait 25 min. for the first service, no apology and massage was mediocre. Facial was absolutely horrible - the esthetician was very critical of my skin, and insulted me asking if my skin was bad after my PREGNANCY (never been pregnant!) She continued to be very brash, trying to sell additional services. After I explained I had an event that evening, she was extremely harsh on my skin - scarring for 3 days! After the ""service"" I complained to the front desk. They refused to cancel (or refund my friend!) an unused pedicure service. Too upset to use it, I left almost in tears. DIFFERENT esthetician who did the waxing was good - hopefully she's found a classier place. There are SO many great salons in the city, dont waste money here!
