I do not recommend Union French Cleaners. I brought my $700 Jil Sander sweater there for cleaning. Upon pick up, I noticed a huge hole in it. They had tried to sew it up, and cover their error. They argued with me that the hole was already there. I argued back and they said they would send to a re-weaver. After 5 weeks (b/c it was not ready before) I picked up my sweater and it was worse! The hole had grown! The drycleaner continued to argue, saying it was my fault, and said there was nothing they could do. I was so fed up, I asked for my money back (because they certainly weren't going to pay for the sweater!). I got back my $5, and left extremely upset. I will never ever go there again, and please, if you care about your clothing, don't go there either.
