I have been trying to find a great nail place in center city philadelphia but so far in the 19103 zip code no luck. I tried Central Nails on 17th Street, fast, sloppy nails cracked in one day. Tried UV GEL NAILS on 18th Chestnut was told they do all gel there. They did not even know where the special blue light was or how to turn it on. I sat there for 1 hour and 25 mins and was told to come back to fix the next day. I wanted my money back the next day all cracked and very thin. Unbelievable but true. Central Nails charged me $65 dollars plus I even left a tip of $10. I was extremely disappointed and will never go back, never! They just want your money and poor service and I wonder how qualified or certified or even licensed these techs are since they can't even speak English!
Pros: Nothing pro about it
Cons: terrible place should be called CONS since they rip you off in everything
