Review content:
I went here for a french manicure even though I usually get them done at Pierre & Carlo. I just wanted to see what a cheaper price would get me. Although it was nice not to have to make an appointment, the technician who was doing my nails continuously answered the phone while working with me and even stopped in the middle to take a walk-in eyebrow wax. I thought it was pretty rude, even though she herself was friendly. I didn't think there was much difference in the way my nails looked at the end, but after only 2 or 3 days the white tips started cracking and the nail polish started showing wear and tear that didn't show up for a week when I went to P&C. I would probably try going back there for regular polish, since maybe that would hold up better than french, but for now I'm going back to the soothing hands of Wilma at P&C.
Pros: quick, cheap
Cons: not sure how sanitary it was, very rushed and busy, not very personal
