Searched online for Smog Test only, in zip code 94518. Bay Area Smog was one of the first few listings. I made about 5 calls for pricing and promotional offers. Bay Area Smog beat everyone hands down with a rate of $59.99 out the door; fees, taxes, and all. Add to it, free retest if necessary. Local Test Only centers as of July 6 2006, were about $80 out the door. Some stations offered print your own coupon on their personal sites, but Bay Area Smog gave me the discount just by asking for it. Fast, friendly, and right on Monument near America's Tire Co; across from Costco.
Pros: Hidden secret in a large lot of automaotive repair shops. The employee was even friendly.
Cons: Can't think of one.
