I went to ez smog to day, nothing easy about it. I went into the office, there were 2 people ahead oh me. The tech was out smogging a car, and one of the other customers car that was being done right then told me it is a one man operation and he seemed really slow. I figure his car was there and the guy in front of me should be too long. I got there at 1:15 and out at 3:15. I thought maybe it took so long for the 2 cars ahead of me because neither passed. My car passed and it took him a full 60 minutes to do it. I heard him rev the engine high at least 4 times, turned it off and on a few times. Then when I guess he could not get it to fail he finally came back in and informed me he was allergic to cats. I had two dog crates in my car. I told him that I don't own a cat, that was my dog crate and that I really did't care, it is my car. I will not go back there, I hve another car to smog next week. He lost my business
