I came to see Ivonne with high hopes for a 1br apartment. She was really nice... at first. Then, every time I came back, she kept adding on expenses acting like she forgot to mention it the last time. Look, bills add up, and some things should NOT be forgotten. I came here expecting to pay about $1,175 AT MOST (utilities/pet deposit included), but walked out with total expenses that would cost $1,300 (with various other deposits, such as garage openers + other garage spaces which run $175 for double space). This place is NOT worth that much.
When I asked Ivonne about the legality of keeping applications, we got into an argument. She told me that I wasted her time, since she had other prospective tenants waiting to see the room we filled an application for. Look, I adhered to the rules and gave her the $100 deposit she asked for to hold my apartment; she should NEVER blame a prospective tenant who decided to be smart in NOT giving into her fake, manipulative ways.
Like I said, Ivonne is MANIPULATIVE and will be nice to you (like the good saleswoman she tries to be), but if any problems arise, GOOD LUCK trying to put some sense into that airhead.
Yuck. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague.
