I gave only one star because you have to select something to post a review. Diamond J Management refuses to refund the fully refundable security deposit after the time allowed by law. At the beginning of my lease term I put down a 250.00 dollar fully refundable security deposit. I cleaned the apartment so well it looked better than it did when I moved in. It has been 2 months since I have moved and the management will not return the deposit. I have talked with the owner twice and he promised the money. Now, he will no longer take my calls. He just hangs up on me so I can't leave a message. Everyone who works there has been incredibly rude and unprofessional. Do NOT rent from them!
