We contacted Mr Stratton for a refrigerator that wasn't cooling properly. The next morning, Mr Stratton came to our home to repair it. He took our money, said he didn't have a receipt with him but promised to return the next day. We never saw him, nor would he answer our phone calls. I was finally able to get in touch with him, using another phone so he couldn't dodge my call. He came out and said he fixed our problem. 1 week later, after never giving me a receipt, which he agreed to mail and never did, I went by the office to get the receipt. At this tome I told him I thought there was still a problem. He assured me it was fine. 2 weeks later I am having the same problem. I stopped by the office and left my number and a message for him to call me. I had to recontact him and again from a different number. He agreed to come to my house by 9 am the next day. At 10 am I tried calling with no answer, I called from a different phone and again was able to get in contact with Mr. Stratton. I told him if he didn't want to fix the fridge or didn't have time then I would come get the money he received and hire someone else. He stated that I should come get the money. I went to his shop to be greeted by rudeness and an overall bad attitude. I am a working female with 2 children, I have to have a fridge. Mr stratton asked how I knew there was still a problem so I told him what was happening. He asked me where was my refrigeration license?? I was then told that he was gonna give me my money and should get my a** out and not let the door hit me in the a**..... I feel that this ma does very poor and shady business!! He was very rude and out of line!! I do not recommend anyone calling this mean rude unprofessional man for any needs!!!!!!
