Register your cars oh insurance and inspection stickers are use full too. Don't keep swapping license plates from one car to another. RI license plate 0 was on a white car one day and a black car another day and later the same day on a black van. If you as a consumer don't trust this ad ask to see the registration and match it to the vin on the car or just look for an inspection sticker that is not there
