Nothing special to list about this hole. All I can say is do not buy a home in this court, RUN RUN as fast as you can, buy your home somewhere else. Infact I will give mine away, just to be able to walk out of this nightmare of a mobile home court. The rules vary for all tenants. The mangers are terrible, they keep bouncing in, then out, as they can''t function with the ""Regional managers"" more than likely, if all was to be told to the tenants. They are raising rents two times a year. charging for more and more things, like electricity, water, garbage, cable tv, etc... they keep on tagging on more things, but you can not use your water outside without being yelled at. You can pay for the water, 45.00 a month for water alone, LOL, but you can't use it. You definitely can not wash your car, you must drive it around filthy. This place is a filthy mess, ever since the skilled manager Erv and his wife left, it is nothing but a nightmare. They knew how to be a manager. Not a nuisance to tenants like all these others... (Regional Managers) A Hot mess, thats all I have to say about Orchard Lane Park! Pros: pros:If I could afford to move from this place. Cons: cons:managers,the tenants,the rules that are different 4 all
