I think you can much of a better deal going to a local coffee shop and get the same if not better lattes and mochas. Starbucks is way expensive and the servie is just plain ok...with all the people standing around waiting for their coffee there is not time to get indiviudal attention.
Pros: trendy, famous brand, lots of flavors
