I would actually recommed the store on 12th and Chestnut over this. Still, the staff here is always friendly and helpful.\r \r I'm not fond of the PA LCB monopoly - I live in NH and my wife is here in Philly. That said, there are some really good prices and selections at the PA Wine stores - you have to know what you want though. Many times, the ""Chairman's Selections"" are from below average vintages. \r \r In spite of all that, there are some hidden gems at these places - you just have to keep checking and you need to do your own research - get onto cellartracker or some such place and read up. Pros: Convenience, some real bargains Cons: Limited choice, often below average vintages in Chairmans selection
