Businiess name:  Pietro's Coal Oven Pizzeria

Review content:
We've always had very good pizza at Pietro's. The crust is nicely charred, the sauce tangy and not sour, the cheese gooey, and with green basil leaves on top, it's one of the better pies in Philly at the moment. The problem lies with the appetizers, including only average calamari and bitter broccoli rabe, as we have yet to find any we like all that much. The service has always been attentive, and although some of the tables are spaced too closely, the atmosphere is generally relaxing. So stick with the pizza and you will have a winner.
