Review content:
Horrendous, angry, unapologetic service. Both slow and unfriendly -- the staff acted as if our patronage was a burden and never smiled even once. I learned upon arrival that they lost my reservation, but they offered no solution nor apology. After begging for a table, the 12 of us crammed into an 8 person table (being noon, the place was empty). After waiting 30 minutes for our waitress, we had to ask the manager for her. He scowled at us and acted like it was our fault that our waitress hadnt stopped by. When our food arrived, she stopped by only after another 20 minutes. Finally, I mentioned politely upon leaving that the service was underwhelming and the manager said I dont care we get plenty of business anyways and said it was our fault for taking too long to order.... of course, we were waiting for our waitress!
Pros: Decent pizza
Cons: Mean staff, horrendous service, Dislike large groups
