Went on line to request ""free quotes"" from various dealerships around Suffern. Internet Sales woman at first gave a quote but when I questioned and tried to compare different cars the emails got rude. She was always asking me to come in - I thought the purpose of the internet was to make it easier to get information. I was not available as I was out of state - which i stated to her - When I asked again about a different model - she refused to give me any information and said I had to come in to work it out. I worked out every detail with every other dealer who was forthcoming with information - no matter how many times I sent in an email with questions - they answered. I will never recommend Ramsey Mazda - GO TO WAYNE MADZA! Great Service - Great Prices - Great Dealership!
