Review content:
Recently my father died, needless to say I was unsure about where to go for basic funeral needs. I went to Blue Ridge Memorial because I thought that they would help. They were quick to write me up a bill for 1000+, and charge me a fee to reserve a burial plot (as if it were a hotel room). Some how, throughout this process, one of thier unemployees (which they fired a while ago) apparently thought that a tombstone or headstone was not worth mentioning to me. I was left to pay 12k for funeral services, 2k for burial services, and now 7 months afterwards, my father still does not have a head-stone. They are very excited about (SELLING) me one, but not about fixing a problem caused by an incompetent employee. \r \r Do not do business with these individuals. They will charge you thousands of dollars for little more than a bathtub size piece of land..... Cons: Too many to list here
