Businiess name:  Little Shin Shin
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
The people in the east bay must have horrible Chinese Restaurants to vote Little Shin Shin the ""best in the East Bay"". The food was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I live in San Francisco and have tasted my share of Chinese food. It wasn't even par with ""average"" chinese food. And it was expensive. To start the tea tasted like dish water. The Walnut Prawns tasted like wood and the Garlic Chicken had tough vegitables and no flavor. Don't be sucked in by the banner they have out front saying they're the best. Cons: Bad Food, Expensive, Crowded
