The New York Arm Wrestling (NYAWA) is a 34-year old arm wrestling organization and will train you how to arm wrestle, teach you what workout will benefit you and has a practice every week for men and women. The NYAWA produces the New York Golden Arm Series, NY State Championships and NYC Big Apple Grapple International and is always covered by the media. They have a schedule of events every year in each of the five NYC Boroughs and Long Island. I am a long-time member of the NYAWA and if you want to be a member and go to practice each week you should visit the New York Arm Wrestling Association website
