Review content:
These are hands down the most unhelpful, incompetent, and simply rude individuals in the travel industry. They try to do all of their business through email, which is simply impossible when trying to book an extended vacation internationally. I say this as an individual who travels extremely frequently and has had successful interactions with other agencies. I'd go into all of the details, but I'll just recommend that you stay away and find someone competent elsewhere.
Pros: You don't have to talk to these idiots
Cons: Every second you deal with them
