I have enjoyed Asian food for many years up In NY. Fire Dragon has some of the tastiest, freshest, most interesting cuisine in the area. The mango chicken is awesome, the general Tao's chicken is made just right, and my wife absolutely craves the chicken and broccoli in brown sauce. The rice is even a step above the rest. At a time when so many restaurants are cheapening their ingredients this place has not disappointed us ever. I would also mention the owners are sweet and kind and the ambience is peaceful and inviting. Go early and go often, enjoy!\r
