I visited Shane several times last year. I was impressed by his interest in doing the job to my satisfaction. Yes, his quote for cabinets and granite was lower than others. I gave him a $4,000 deposit via credit card. And waited. And revisited. And waited. He never came for measurements or started the project. By the time I asked my CC company to act, too much time had passed. I am now dealing through the BBB wich is SlowSlowSlow. Shane never responded to multiple calls, messages and emails requesting an explanation and refund of my deposit. He avoided me and kept the money. It is not enough to justify lwayer fees, so I will see if he responds to the BBB claim. His address should be 224 Unfair Street.
Pros: Sounds promising, low prices, but.........
Cons: Produced Nothing, Does Not Respond, Kept the Downpayment
