We moved out as soon as our lease was up and have to say that KTischkoff hit the nail on the head with that description. Nothing has changed even under new management. When we moved in they sold the place well. It was only a few years old, so looked clean and modern, with Large walk-in closets, washer and dryer in unit, spacious balconies and amenities like a Media Room, Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Center, Grills, Sun Deck, Fire place, etc. It seemed so much better than the luxury building we just moved out of in Hollywood….. Then we got situated…. Never got to use the Media Room because of people partying and abusing it to the point that this perk will now cost a $100 deposit, plus a charge of $25 every time you want to use it. Pool is small, good for hot days, but you need to shower right after because the lack of cleaning causes you to have more ""stuff"" on you then before you went in. There is always a constant film and dead bees surrounding the pool area. Hot Tub worked for about a month the whole time we were there. Then between the people smoking & drinking in there, the kids with diapers playing in there, and lack of cleaning, it was just a matter of time before it broke again. You are better off with your own bathtub filled with hot water and a straw to blow bubbles. Seriously. We even over heard someone tell another person who was too lazy to go to their own bathroom to just go in the hot tub because the chemicals and hot water would kill it........ Really?! Fitness Center was very attractive. Individual TVs on the Cardio Machines, Free Weights, and some assisted weight machines. Then you go to use it and realize EVERY cardio machine (elliptical, treadmill, cycles) has an issue with it of some kind, free weights mix and match, and the assisted machines have broken cables and/or missing/broken attachments. Grills were a selling point for us, but they are always dirty and/or broken. We lived near the sundeck, so always had to listen to people BBQ, Booze it up and party ALL THE TIME when it’s nice out. Even well past the sundeck’s posted closing time. Plus it echoes throughout the whole building, and no one wants to clean up after themselves. Some people don’t know how to operate the fireplace and always leave the gas on unlit, or just leave it lit over night like it’s going to turn itself off. It’s a pet friendly building, which was another big thing for our dog and us. Then you realize how many other pet owners are not responsible. Urine and defecation all over the halls and stairwells, and even outside where poop bags are provided. We found out our neighbors dog got parvo twice and never walked the dog off property because they were scared of walking outside the building at night and early morning. Then you get the lovely “quiet professional atmosphere” BS they sold. You have the crazy, homeless drug addicts who live in the parking garage across the street screaming all the time, causing the cops to show up at least twice a week, the people living out of their vans in front of the church, the lovely sound of being under the direct flight path of every plane coming out of Burbank Airport, oh an who can not forget the soothing sound of Millennium Dance Studio. With their hard pumping music from 9am to 11:30pm all week long, their clientele screaming, hanging out, smoking pot and blasting music from their cars in the parking lot. Got to love a place with a giant sign that says “No Racism, No Sexism” yet every word out screaming out of their mouths is N**ga, and B**ch. It’s all a façade, and more trouble than it is worth. You can try it out for yourself, but consider yourself warned and don’t say no one told you so.
