Thanks Roto-Rooter for a speedy response after our call for service!!! After calling at approx. 2PM on 5/11, there was a service technician on our doorstep within an hour after our call. Carlos was terrific in assessing our problem and thoroughly working through the list of potential root causes. Just as quickly as he showed up, our problem was solved!!!
