I had used 2 other pest companies and they were not consistent, so I decided to try Sound Pest Management. Frank's personality and professional approach was really what convinced me. I continue to use Sound Pest Management because Frank has gotten rid of my rat problem.
When I recently found a little ant problem in my greenhouse and asked Frank how much more it would cost to have him deal with that, too, he said it was all-inclusive in the service that he provided. Whereas with the other companies, it would have cost extra, Frank took care of it at no extra charge. That was a nice surprise. I also appreciate that he is responsive and available if I call him with a problem...he will make time to come over and take a look at it.
