I gave this company a sorta good rating because thats what it was, sorta good. The painting itself is good, but they missed a decorative piece, and a whole section, which still hasn't been finished. I've had to chase after the owner to get them back in to fix these problems, and it's been a month since the job has been done, well, almost done. The price is reasonable, but once they're paid, it's like pulling teeth to get them back in. The workers themselves are very respectful, and were always on time. The owner needs some education in the customer service department. I think they are more like an assembly line, and take on too much work at once, which makes the customer service part of it suffer greatly. I wanted to get our home painted, and over with so we wouldn't have to deal with it for another 7yrs or so, but unfortunately it seems to be a never ending story. If you do choose Kruse, make sure you have everything painted before you pay them, and make sure the owner does a final walk around, he was too busy to do that for me, or you'll be dealing with the same thing I'm dealing with. So the choice is yours. I actually think this company could be great if they didn't put you off once they got paid, andif they just focused more on customer needs. Hope this review helps.
