Review content:
I had never had a bikini wax before, but wanted to try a Brazilian as a romantic surprise for my boyfriend, who'd been gone awhile. I was SOOO nervous. I am lucky I stumbled into Spring Thyme, because I wouldn't have even known what kind of wax to ask for or what to request in terms of how much hair I wanted to leave/remove. \r
Zori was incredible. She explained everything that she was doing as she did it and even told me about the difference between the two waxes she used and why she used each on different parts of my body. She works hard to minimize pain by applying the right kind of wax to each spot, instead of just blanketing all of your skin in the same wax. She also offered advice about how much hair to leave based on the type of hair and skin that I have, which I'd never really considered. But I guess we're all different and the same final ""look"" doesn't work for all hair/skin types. \r
I'd expected a ton of pain and swelling but had none - only a bit of redness for a couple hours. And Zori gave me some great suggestions for ways to properly moisturize and care for my skin between waxes so that there will be little to no discomfort when I come back for my next wax, which I will be scheduling with Zori soon! Trust this lady - she's great!
