Here's just another review to confirm what the other 15 are saying -- 565 Bryant is a great body shop. I rear-ended this other car 10 days before I was leaving for a long vacation, and my car needed quite a lot of repairs -- bumper, hood, grill, some work on the AC system, a paint job and so on. Steven really went out of his way to have the car ready on time and the job was amazing. You really couldn't tell the car wasn't brand new. Granted, it was fairly expensive, but I really wanted my car to look as good as ever, so they used new parts and German paint to match the original.
They kept me informed at all times of the status of the repair, which gave me a good feeling. The final price was 10% above the initial estimate.
