PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS GHETTO HOLE IN THE WALL. YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF angry EVERYDAY. THEY HAVE HAD SO MANY FORMAL COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THEM, I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE STILL OPERATING. FROM: ARGUMENTATIVE OWNER AND STAFF, LACK OF CRIB SAFETY, LACK OF SANITATION- FILTHY TOYS, CARPET SO FILTHY -ITS SHINY,KIDS SLEEPING ON FLOOR WHERE TOILET OVERFLOWED AND FLOODED, STAFF PURSES BEING LEFT IN FULL RANGE OF KIDS, KITCHEN HAVING SPIDER WEBS AND THICK DUST, KIDS WATCHING T.V. ALL DAY/EVERY DAY, BOTTLES HEATED IN THE MICROWAVE, INFANTS FED FOOD AT 2 MONTHS, INFANTS LEFT CRYING AND UNCONSOLED/UNATTENDED, STAFF TO CHILD RATIO IS ALWAYS OFF, STAFF HOLLERING AT KIDS, KIDS NOT HAVING SOAP IN THEIR BATHROOM, DIRTY SLEEPING MATS, LACK OF NUTRITIOUS MENU-HAVING BREAD AND APPLESAUCE FOR BREAKFAST!!! THERE IS NO ORDER WHAT SO EVER IN THIS PLACE; STARTING RIGHT AT THE TOP WITH THE OWNER KATHY!!! AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE DOOR, YOU'RE OVERWHELMED WITH KIDS RUNNING WILD AND/OR STANDING 1 FOOT IN FRONT OF THE TV! I HAVE A 3YR OLD AND AND INFANT THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 5 MONTHS AND I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE. I AM EMBARRASSED TO HAVE HAD MY KIDS IN THIS facility!! HER PRICES ARE SO LOW BECAUSE IT IS A DESPERATE PLEA TO REPLACE THE KIDS SHE KEEPS LOSING - SHE CAN'T KEEP KIDS THERE!! I BROUGHT SO MANY CONCERNS TO THE OWNER KATHY JUST TO BE SUBJECTED TO HER DEFENSIVE OR LACKLUSTER ATTITUDE AND TOTAL DISREGARD. KEEP YOUR STRESS LEVELS DOWN BY BURNING RUBBER PASS THIS PLACE AND GOING ELSEWHERE, TRUST ME!! THE SAVINGS IS NOT WORTH THE LACK OF CARE!!
