I spent almost $200 for xmas shopping at the owasso store. That may not be much to them, but its money in their pocket, right? In return they had this special where you earned Kohls cash. I never used my kohls cash, actually I forgot about it. Anyhow, I had to return one of my items ($79) and the lady at the return counter was saying I was going to lose $20 in my return because of the kohls cash that was offered. I told her I never used it and they should have a system set up to look up the fact I didnt use it.. afterall the receipt has a bar code on it. She argued with me and I refused to accept a loss of $20 for something I didnt use. I had the kohls cash ticket (which meant I hadnt used it or they would have kept it if I had). The whole time Im staring at the computer screen blaring in my face that shows me getting back $86+ for my return. She finally looks at her computer and sees I am able to get all my money back. Finally! I was about to the point of getting a manager involved. Im tired of being treated like crap by some retailers because they have no passion or sympathy for their customers who shop with them. If I had of gone in there with an attitude, I would have understood. I was taught, treat others like you want to be treated. I will NOT shop at Kohls ever again. I wont recommend anyone to them either. Go to Walmart, they are cleaner. This store is dingy, darkly lit, and messy shelves/racks. Shop elsewhere people...
