I have to say that this was the worst experience I've ever had with a dry cleaner and tailor. The place came highly recommended by a friend, and so i was willing to make the commute from North Hollywood. I dropped off a suit on Tuesday that I needed for a wedding on Sunday. Aside from a cleaning, I needed the waist of the pants let out a little. The owner told me it would be ready on Friday.\r

I went in on Friday and everything looked good, until I tried on the pants. They didn't do the alteration. The owner was not there, but the man who was apologized and asked me if I could come back tomorrow. I was a little annoyed, but I understand that things happen sometimes. \r

I called in and was told the suit was ready. The owner was there this time and when I looked at the pants, the stitching was not a very well done. It looked like they had accidentally cut part of the material and the guy tried to tell me that this was the condition of the material in the pants. I have never seen this in any alteration I've ever had done. However, I didn't argue with him because I couldn't prove that this wasn't the case. I tried on the pants and the waist was okay. I proceeded to put the pants away. \r

The owner tells me that will be $19.75 (the full price). I say, ""really!? really!? You're not even going to offer me some sort of discount for the inconveniences you've caused me?"" He stays silent. As he's charging my card, I notice that the pants weren't cleaned after the alterations were done. I ask him about this and show him...so he tells me that the next time I come in, he'll give me a free perm press. I told him to go f*ck himself. \r

Even my friend who recommended this place was shocked at the poor quality of service. Perhaps they used to be a good company, but this is no longer the case. Needless to say, he lost two customers today.
