Review content:
We were very dissatisfied with Wilson Management. The young man that managed our property was unprofessional and at times downright dishonest. The few times we needed him, it would take many calls over several weeks (or in one instance months) to get a response and on several occasions we had to contact the owner before the matter was handled. He would make excuse after excuse for not following. We even sent several emails to the company president, but never got a response. We did get most of our security deposit back after contacting the owner directly. Wilson's tried to blame us for negligence that was theirs, and lucky for us, the owner knew better. I would definitely not recommend renting from these guys or having them manage your property. I know the owner of the house we rented was very dissatisfied.
