Don't use them for your wedding. For well over a thousand dollars in flowers, you would think they would be more flexible in there church delivery. Our church has no one available to open the church until 3:00 PM. (these people are volunteers, so I understand) Secret Garden is refusing, after several calls pleading with them, to deliver any later than 2:00 PM. Their response is ""Check your contract"". I entered into that contract months ago. Who knew this would be an issue? They said if we can not get into the church by 2:00, they can deliver the flowers to someone's house. Do they really think I have time to load up the flowers, take them to the church and then have to set them up myself? I thought that is what I was paying them for. Who ever heard of a business that is based on customer service and satisfaction telling someone they close at 2:00 on Saturday and too bad if we don't like it? Isn’t florist a service industry that relies heavy on the wedding business? Pros: They showed up Cons: They showed up
