This company is horrible and run by incompetent buffoons. I called them because I had an aunt problem (spring time, normal issues that arise this time of year) the horrific company sent over this the most incompetent exterminator I have ever had meet.
This guy was a complete sleaze ball “I actually caught him going through my underwear drawer, while pleasuring himself.” I was horrified told him to get out of my house when his response (in a heavy Spanish accent) said “honey don’t get made why don’t you come over here and help me finish the job & I wouldn’t charge you for the exterminating job.” I told him “you f’n crazy and yelled for him to get out of my house immediately”.
After he reluctantly left I called up company where I left a message with the secretary for a manager / supervisor to get back to me but he never did. (I’m still waiting).This company was horrible and if you care about \ your safety and the safely of your children DO NOT hire this company & beware of the exterminator “Alfred Richard Forero” as he was the sick pervert I found pleasuring himself in my bedroom.
