Link Your House installed a full-home audio system in my Townhome. The property had been wired for full home audio by the builder, but I acquired it as a distressed property after the builder foreclosure, so there was no documentation around the wiring or any instructions whatsoever.
Link Your House worked with me to design a system that met my needs - and my budget. I never felt that they were trying to oversell me, but instead worked with my and respected my limits. We put in a Sonos system with one zone and 4 rooms wired for sound. My experience with the installation itself was flawless. The team arrived on schedule and were able to complete early. They were able to backwards engineer the wiring system and did not make any mistakes in the speaker placement. They kept me engaged throughout the process on critical questions of speaker placement and left me with a fully functioning system that has been a joy to use. They also left my house spanking clean with no trace of the work and provided me thorough training on how to use the system. Finally they followed up promptly the next day to make sure the system was working to my satisfaction and make sure I did not have any additional questions - I did not as the system was working flawlessly.
I am very satisfied with the entire experience and have no dobut that LYH will be the first people I call when I want to expand or upgrade my system.
